- Support resolution of inspection workflow issues, imaging equipment problems, and mobile app challenges; creates product collateral and training materials, monitoring results and feedback from pilot deployments and rollouts.
- Identify and ensures appropriate dissemination of lessons learned across inspection sites, coordinating and facilitating communication and creative collaboration between field operations, technology teams, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in product management, operations, or technology; or a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in product management, inspection operations, imaging technology, or automotive remarketing with no degree.
