Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Engtal Lead Mechanical Engineer (HVAC Design) Summary A growing, mission-driven engineering firm is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to oversee HVAC and plumbing design projects that improve life through a better built environment. Projects span healthcare facilities, research labs, municipal buildings, and educational institutions—with average construction values of $20–$30M. This is a leadership-level role that blends technical design, project management, mentorship, and client engagement. Ideal for someone who is passionate about sustainable design, ready to take ownership of complex mechanical systems from concept through construction, and ready to step into a manager role.
