Kai Kai is searching for a hands-on Back of House Shift Lead who leads by example and isn't afraid to jump on the line. If you're a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced kitchens and believes great teams are built through accountability, training, and hard work, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support the BOH team during every shift.
Work stations alongside your team while maintaining food quality and speed.
Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff.
Ensure all food is prepared from scratch according to company standards.
Monitor inventory, prep levels, food safety, and cleanliness.
Help control labor, food costs, and kitchen efficiency.
Maintain a positive, team-focused culture.
