FIELD VIEW CONTRACTORS IS SEARCHING FOR A GREAT PERSON TO LEAD A GROUP OF GUYS.
EXPRIENCE NEEDED :
- KNOWLEDGABLE IN FORMING/ CONCRETE RELATED SERVICES
- KNOWLEDGEABLE IN GRADING AND LEVELING (PREP WORK)
- ABLE TO WORK IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS
- KNOWLEGABLE IN THE INSTALLATION OF PAVERS ,SOD ,TURF, CONCRETE ,RETAINING WALLS
- KNOWLEDGABLE IN ALL LANDSCAPING AREAS AND HARDSCAPE
- MUST HAVE 3+ YEARS OF FOREMAN EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY
- DRUG FREE ENVIRONMENT
- CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
FOREMAN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- REGULARLY REPORTING PROJECT STATUS TO SUPERVISOR/ CONTRACTOR AND OTHER OFFICALS
- EMPHASIZING SAFE USE OF TOOLS, MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT WHILE PROVIDING TRAINING ON SAFETY GEAR, HELMETS AND PROCEDURES.
- DELEGATING INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROJECT TO CREW MEMBERS AND CONTRACTORS
- COORDINATING DAILY TASKS ACCORDING TO PRIORITIES AND PLANS, MAKING CHANGES WHEN NECESSARY DUE TO WEATHER, SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND PERSONNEL
SERVICES WE DO -
- SOD INSTALLATIONS
- TURF INSTALLATIONS
- CONCRETE INSTALLATIONS
- RETAINING WALLS INSTALLATIONS
- PAVERS INSTALLATIONS
- PATIO COVERS INSTALLATIONS
- BBQ INSTALLATIONS
- MUCH MORE AND STILL GROWING
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT CAN HAVE A GREAT PERSONALITY AND IS ABLE TO WORK WELL WITH OTHERS.
EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- 3-4 YEARS OF RELATED EXPERIENCE
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTAION
- PAY DOE
