Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses
• Maintain Work-in-Process (WIP) schedules, job cost reporting, and percentage-of-completion accounting
• Partner with project managers to monitor project performance, profitability, revenue recognition, and cost controls
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and operational decision-making through financial analysis
• Assist with audits, tax filings, lender reporting, and compliance with GAAP and company policies xhyhwjd
• Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, support special projects, and mentor accounting staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including construction accounting and WIP experience
• Strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities
