Operations Lead Operations Lead | $99/hr (1st) / $102/hr (2nd) Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day MRB workflow, backlog intake, and prioritization Coordinate execution across Group A and Group B resources Protect throughput and cycle time during backlog surges Interface with production and quality leaders to resolve blockers Ensure efficient handoffs between support and authority engineers Track execution performance and emerging constraints Support ramp-up/down of flex capacity and shift coverage Maintain execution discipline across 1st and 2nd shifts Qualifications B.S. in Engineering or related field 7+ years in manufacturing operations or production support Experience in aerospace factory environments Strong understanding of MRB / non-conformance workflows Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume settings U.S. Person (ITAR/EAR); able to complete PI training Strong cross-functional coordination skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
