Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking an ambitious and motivated Team Leader Trainee to join our team in Washington, DC.

This position is designed for individuals who want to develop into confident team leaders while gaining hands-on exposure to team coordination, daily operations, communication, performance management, and business processes.

You will work alongside experienced team members and managers, gradually taking on greater responsibility as you develop your leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of daily team activities and operational priorities.
• Assist team members in achieving individual and group objectives.
• Learn and apply effective leadership and team management techniques.
• Help maintain a productive, organized, and professional work environment.
• Communicate goals, updates, and expectations clearly to team members.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development activities.
• Monitor workflow and help identify opportunities to improve team performance.
• Support managers with planning, organization, and day-to-day operations.
• Help resolve routine challenges and maintain effective communication within the team.
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities as training progresses.
