Pride Health is hiring for a Medical Technologist I to support our client’s facility at Liberal, KS 67901. This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity offering excellent benefits, a stable schedule, and the chance to work with one of the state’s leading healthcare systems.

Job Summary

This position offers flexible scheduling options and the opportunity to work in a full-service hospital laboratory supporting both inpatient and outpatient services.

The ideal candidate will have strong generalist laboratory experience, phlebotomy skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple departments including chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, molecular diagnostics, and microbiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing across multiple departments:
• Chemistry
• Hematology
• Serology
• Urinalysis
• Coagulation
• Blood Bank
• Molecular Diagnostics
• Microbiology
• Perform phlebotomy procedures as required
• Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and instrumentation
• Ensure accurate specimen processing and result reporting
• Maintain quality control and compliance standards
• Support outpatient and inpatient laboratory services
• Assist with laboratory operations for surrounding partner clinics

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• MLS/MLT (ASCP/AMT)
• Phlebotomy experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Schedule: Day -8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• Starting Pay Rate: $27.10/hour (Open for Negotiation)
