JOB TITLE: Sales Consultant EMPLOYER: Stallone's Menswear LOCATION: Midtown Mall, Anchorage, AK EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time or Part-Time, In-Store COMPENSATION: Competitive hourly rate plus commission, DOE POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated, personable Sales Consultant to join our sales team at Stallone's Menswear in the Anchorage Midtown Mall. This is a client-facing role centered on building relationships, providing expert styling guidance, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience consistent with Stallone's standard. The right candidate presents themselvesprofessionally, genuinely enjoys helping people, and takes pride in knowing their products and their customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner Listen to customer needs and provide knowledgeable guidance on fit, style, and product selection Build and maintain relationships with returning clients Meet individual and team sales goals Maintain familiarity with current inventory, brands, and promotions Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system Support alteration intake by communicating customer fitting needs clearly to our tailoring team MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Prior retail or customer service experience required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and a team player PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in men's clothing, fashion retail, or luxury retail Existing knowledge of suit construction, fit, and menswear styling Experience with point-of-sale systems Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals WHAT WE OFFER Competitive hourly base pay plus commission Holiday, vacation, and sick pay Employee discount on store merchandise A professional, supportive team environment Ongoing product and styling training The opportunity to build a loyal client base in a well-established Anchorage institution We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and communities and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Holland America-Princess (Holland America Dawson City Inn)
