We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Property & Casualty Insurance professional to join our team. This is a high-energy role for someone who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, closing business, and consistently exceeding sales goals.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and competitive self-starter who can identify opportunities, develop new business, and turn prospects into long-term clients. While insurance knowledge is important, sales ability, persistence, and a strong desire to win are critical to succeed in this position.
