What You'll Do:

• Provide neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services
• Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver expert care to newborns
• Cover delivery services and NICU patients in the Phoenix area
• Responsible for in-unit patient management, emergency response, and supporting neonatal procedures
• Work a combination of 12- and 24-hour shifts tailored to your availability and unit needs
• Participate in ongoing team rounds and emergency care as needed
• No transport duties involved

What You Need:

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certs)
• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality neonatal care

About the Assignment:

This role is based in a prominent facility in Phoenix, AZ, caring for neonates across multiple Level III-IV NICUs as well as newly expanded Level II nurseries.
