The Oceanside Realty Team at Keller Williams is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to turn conversations into opportunities by building relationships, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our growing real estate team. If you're driven, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'll provide the training, support, and systems to help you succeed. What You'll Get: $80,000 OTE (Base + Commission) Paid Time Off Warm leads alongside continuous coaching Growth opportunities Occasional in-office presence is required, so candidates must be within a reasonable driving distance of Wildwood, NJ.
