What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of daily operations and lead shifts with confidence
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest leaves happy

• Support the General Manager with inventory, scheduling, and performance goals
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant (QSR preferred)
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires others
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset
• A passion for customer service and team development
• Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• ServSafe® certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
