Provide direct care as well as delegate and supervise all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate clinical competence; manage patient care; improve quality of care; establish professional relationships; and develop clinical expertise per specialty. Additionally, supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year as a Registered Nurse in an ICU Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment Current, valid, and active driver’s license Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation Certifications and Licenses Active RN license in the state of employment ACLS and BLS certification from an approved vendor (AHA preferred and required by some clients) CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) preferred; other certifications such as TCRN, CEN, and CMC may be required by some clients Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening. Some states and locations may have different vaccine or screening requirements.
