Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents. Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly and efficiently. Educate residents and their families about health management and care plans. Requirements: Valid RN license in New Hampshire or a valid multistate compact nursing license with authority to practice in New Hampshire Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
