Join our dynamic team as a Truck Driver and take charge of delivering freight efficiently and safely across diverse routes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate our commercial tractor-trailers, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. As a key player in our logistics network, you'll be responsible for transporting goods over the road (OTR), managing cargo handling, and maintaining compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT (Department of Transportation). CDL A required
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers on over-the-road routes, ensuring timely delivery of freight across multiple locations In New York City
- Navigate using GPS systems to follow designated routes efficiently while adjusting plans as needed for traffic or weather conditions.
- Load and unload various types of freight goods, following proper manual handling procedures and safety protocols.
- Comply with all FMCSA, DOT, Hazardous Materials Regulations, and safety standards during transportation and cargo handling activities.
