Home Care Physical Therapist
AMEDISYS HOME HEALTH
Amedisys is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our home health team in Missouri. This part-time role focuses on helping patients maintain, restore and improve movement and function, with regular reexaminations and discharge planning. Responsibilities include delivering interventions, adapting plans, and coordinating care. Eligibility requires a current PT license for the state, CAPTE-accredited education, CPR certification, and at least one year of home health experience or regional #J-18808-Ljbffr
