Position: Baker & Customer Experience Team Member

Are you someone who loves working with people, enjoys being creative, and takes pride in quality? We’re looking for a reliable, positive, and detail-oriented team member to join our growing cookie shop!

This role is a mix of baking, decorating, and customer service — perfect for someone who enjoys both hands-on work and interacting with customers.

✨ What You’ll Do:

Bake fresh cookies following our recipes and quality standards
Prepare and decorate custom cookie cakes (get creative!)
Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service
Take and fulfill in-store, phone, and online orders (DoorDash, Uber Eats, ChowNow)
Answer phone calls and assist customers with orders and questions
Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
Help monitor inventory and communicate when supplies are low

What We’re Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Someone who is responsible, reliable, and punctual
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail, especially with decorating and presentation
Team player with good communication skills
Previous experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
