• Work with a team of 5 faculty and 3 MSP staff physicians in the Division of Geriatrics, Hospice, and Palliative Medicine.

• Salary Range: $9,950 to $22,916.67 per month

• Full-time Contract Position in Sacramento

Minimum Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
\n
• Board certified in Geriatric Medicine
\n
• California state medical license
\n

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• Consult on complex older adult patients
\n
• Coordinate care in outpatient settings
\n
• Effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers
\n
• Work in multidisciplinary teams
\n
