Unit and Shift Information Unit: Mission Hospital Main OR. Nurses are trained in all cases. New to specialty: OR Cohorts scheduled for nurses without OR experience. Upcoming dates: 7/13/2026 and 10/19/2026. Ask Recruiter for details. Experienced Nurses: 1 year of experience, 11:00 am–9:00 pm shift with call. Ask Recruiter for details. Responsibilities Provides leadership that facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well‑being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions. Qualifications Required Experience: One year of RN experience. Preferred Experience: OR experience. Required Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing. Preferred Education: Master’s in Nursing. Required License: Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply; confirm with NCBON. Required Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider. Preferred Certification: Certification in area of specialty.
