In this sales-based role, engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.**Essential Job Responsibilities*** Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines* Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits* Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals* Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.**Benefits, Compensation, and Training*** Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Coverage within 30 days* Hourly Weekly Base and Uncapped Commissions* Initial Paid Training, covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale* 401K Matching* Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Recognition Programs**Minimum Requirements and Qualifications*** High School Diploma or equivalent is required.* Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
