• Greeting customers and creating a friendly, welcoming experience

• Starting conversations, answering questions, and making helpful recommendations

• Learning the preferences of regular customers and helping them find what they need

• Keeping your work area clean, organized, well-stocked, and inviting

• Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting and interacting with people

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable taking the lead in customer conversations

• Dependable, attentive, and proud of the quality of their work

• Able to stay engaged and productive in an active, fast-paced environment

• Willing to learn about our products so they can confidently assist customers

• A team player who contributes to a positive atmosphere

This is an especially good fit for someone who gets energy from helping people and enjoys making customers feel recognized and welcome. We can teach the technical skills, but a genuine interest in people and a commitment to great service are essential.
