Job Title: Proofpoint Enterprise Consultant
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Charlotte, NC / Wellington NJ
Job Responsibilities
- Gather internal requirements for designing cloud implementations of Proofpoint Social Patrol and Proofpoint Enterprise Archive.
- Coordinate with vendors through setup and configuration of cloud technologies in staging and production environments.
- Validate functionality via test case development and execution.
- Manage problem resolution throughout the engineering lifecycle, including classification, prioritization, and action initiation.
- Generate engineering and design artifacts.
Required Skills
- Five years of supporting engineering for cloud-based messaging and archiving systems.
- Experience creating scripts and utility programs.
- Experience providing operational support, user training, and developing technology solutions to safeguard enterprise data.
- Support for mission-critical systems operating 24/7.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, critical thinker with strategic insight.
- Ability to adapt to shifting responsibilities.
- Effective independent and team worker, capable of collaborating with technical and business teams to develop requirements and solutions.
