We are seeking an organized and proactive Associate Attorney who is passionate about client advocacy, delivering strong legal outcomes, and growing an expertise in personal injury law. Company matches 100% of the first 1% and 50% of the next 4%5% bonus after one year of employmentHands-on mentorship and training from experienced partnersResponsibilities:Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution (settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial)Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and case analysis to support the case strategyCommunicate regularly with clients, providing clear updates and guidanceParticipate in litigation, including depositions, hearings, and court appearancesNegotiate with insurance companies/opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomesRequirements:A JD degreeAdmission to OR awaiting results for the New York BarHave at least interned at a personal injury firm and/or insurance companyExcellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple casesAn ability to work both independently and collaborativelyBonus Experience:Bilingual in SpanishPlease note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and is not representative of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
