As a Barista , you're not just providing food and drink service - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Ideal candidates will possess: At least six months of previous barista experience Previous customer service experience Ability to communicate in English Previous Starbucks experience is a plus! Schedule: Monday-Friday from 5:30am to 11:00am and Sundays from 6:30am to 12:00pm. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special Craft quality beverages: Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes and guest preferences. Master the menu: Learn the details of all menu items and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence Serve with efficiency and care: Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and complete orders promptly - attention to detail is key!
