Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Therapy/Dietary - Occupational Therapy to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to assess patient needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to maximize patient rehabilitation.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings and discharge planning.
- Document and modify treatment programs to ensure age-appropriate interventions.
- Perform administrative duties and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
- Engage in professional development and fulfill other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in acute care.
- Current BLS certification and valid NM or relevant state licensure.
- Experience with performing evaluations and developing care plans.
- Familiarity with MedHost EMR systems preferred.
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- Ability to participate in holiday and weekend shifts as required.
