Overview
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Inpatient Rehab, Nashua, NH, starting 07/20/2026 for 13 weeks, earning $1,612–$1,675 per week with guaranteed 35 hours each week. 5x8 days shift (08:00–16:30) in a long-term care setting with inpatient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to adult inpatients within the inpatient rehab program, aligned to the established plan of care.
- Conduct initial assessments, monitor progress, and revise treatment plans as needed.
- Implement evidence-based OT interventions to improve activities of daily living, mobility, cognitive function, and functional performance.
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress in the medical record per facility policies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OT/PT/SLP, nursing, social work) to coordinate care and support discharge planning.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home programs, safety strategies, and post-discharge care.

Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in New Hampshire or eligible for licensure by endorsement.
- COTA credential and current certification.
- Graduation from an accredited OTA program.
- Inpatient rehab and/or skilled nursing rehab experience preferred.
- Ability to work the listed hours in a inpatient rehab setting within a LTC environment.
