Store Associate – CVS Health Join our leading health solutions company in providing customer‑focused service in our retail stores, supporting both front‑line customer interactions and the broader mission of helping people on their path to better health. Essential Functions Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues. Giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and helping customers locate items. Accurately handling cashier duties, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions, while following company policies. Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory management tasks. Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed. Providing customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational. Assisting pharmacy personnel during regular shifts, as part of growth opportunities. Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs. Required Qualifications At least 16 years of age. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or customer‑service setting. Physical Requirements Remaining upright on feet, especially for sustained periods. Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly for overhead lifting. Visual acuity required for activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection of small parts/details. Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Work Hours & Shift Anticipated weekly hours: 20 Time type: Part time Shift flexibility: All shifts are flexible. Monday – Sunday: 8 am – 8 pm Weekend shift frequency: Every other weekend required. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $15.00–$18.00 per hour.
