Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time attorney who has a passion for client interaction and a proven ability to handle complex legal matters with autonomy. The ideal candidate has the listed key qualifications. If you have experience in Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning, and Business Law, or are willing to gain expertise in these fields, this is a great fit for you.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of client-facing experience preferred. Court experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities. Must excel in client care and managing cases independently.
• Work Style: Self-driven, responsible, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively as needed.
• Attributes: You are dynamic, mentally agile, and able to maximize your potential in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: This role involves significant client interaction, requiring excellent communication skills, clear and empathetic client care, and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Billable Requirement: 130 billable hours per month.
• Autonomy: While autonomy is expected, collaboration with colleagues is highly encouraged.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year (depending on experience).
• Bonuses: Monthly performance bonuses.
• Benefits: Flexible schedule, paid time off.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.

License/Certification:

• Colorado bar license (Required)
