Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department Night Shift

Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department (ED) of a busy Level III Trauma Center. This position offers the opportunity to work in one of the top 10 busiest EDs in Ohio, providing critical care to patients in need.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
Perform nursing assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Document care accurately in the Epic EMR system.
Adhere to protocols and best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

This is a night shift position, working from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. The role requires 36 hours per week, including every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 3 years of current/recent Emergency Department nursing experience.
Completion of at least 3 ED assignments.
Current RN license and certifications in BLS, PALS, and ACLS.
Competency with Epic EMR is mandatory.
TNCC and ENPC certifications are strongly preferred.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
