Craft and deliver compelling proposals suited to each client's unique situation. Stay connected with accounts to ensure continuous satisfaction and growth. Participate actively in weekly team skill sessions and interactive workshops. Qualifications Upbeat attitude with strong interpersonal and listening skills. Clear, confident communication style on phone and video. Drive to achieve financial growth in an uncapped commission structure. Good time-management habits to run an effective, productive home office. Backgrounds in customer-facing roles are welcome, but complete training is provided.
