Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Bachelor's Degree
• Professional certification required
• Home Health experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30
• 40 hours per week
• Productivity expectation: 30 points
• Coverage areas include Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley, Golden Valley, and Golden Shores
• Mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
