Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Clarity Care, you will:
- Manage a caseload of clients, building positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
- Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, ensuring timely discharge when appropriate.
- Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, supporting effective treatment and accountability.
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information about new clients and establish treatment goals.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing various therapeutic techniques to address clients’ issues.
- Engage in regular supervision meetings to assess your professional development and discuss client care.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic and effective treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus
Your role will encompass working with a varied population, including children, adolescents, and adults, all facing distinct mental health challenges. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
- A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
- Proficiency in using various computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and specific practice management systems like PIMSY.
- Strong skills in conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
In recognition of your skills and dedication, Clarity Care offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000. In addition to a fee-for-service payment model that guarantees payment ahead of collections, we provide a rich benefits package that includes:
