Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule: Shift: 19:00 - 07:30

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 12 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Contract weeks: 12

Requirements:

Current RN license
Stroke certification
Experience in telemetry nursing
Unit-specific skills for Neuro Telemetry and Post Op care

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
Supervise and delegate appropriate care to clinical staff.
Collaborate with facility leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Support competency development of clinical staff.

Compliance / Notes:

Required scrub colors: Ceil blue or white for RNs; Hunter green for CNAs.
House Supervisor must be contacted for any nurse cancellations.
Orientation requirements and compliance details will be addressed upon hire.
