Store Leader (Manager) Trainee

Store Manager If you enjoy working as part of a management team and have previous supervisory experience, we invite you to discuss the Store Leader Trainee role. Responsibilities and Qualifications Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all store employees. Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity. Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs. Use P&L and store reports to affect change. Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the rewards loyalty program. Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures and ensuring all products are in stock. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel). High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience. Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance. Ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
