Server Position At Redfire GrillRedfire Grill is Platinum Dining Group's reimagining of the "Great American Steakhouse" and it is quickly apparent after you first open the doors why it has become the destination for people wanting great steaks throughout Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The voluminous red walls with stone and wrought iron accents offer both a sexy and masculine punch to the richly appointed bar while providing a casual backdrop to the warm and inviting dining room. Our service staff is engaging and knowledgeable without being obtrusive. Our menu features an endless selection of dry-aged beef seared to perfection in our 1200 degree chophouse broiler. Other menu items include fresh fish, organic chicken & traditional steakhouse beef offerings. Lunch options are highlighted by generously portioned salads, sandwiches and signature burgers.Looking for experienced Servers!If you are a motivated, energetic, hard-working self-starter than we want to meet with you!Candidates with a passion for great food, beverage, and delivering excellent hospitality should forward their résumé. Our service staff thrive in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment.Servers enjoy a discounted meal while at work. We also offer healthcare, dental, and 401k with company match, after a waiting period, for all full-time employees.Our current openings include full-time and part-time opportunities.Major Duties & Responsibilities:Strong communication and listening skills to accurately take customers' food & drink ordersCan interpret guest's desires and provide recommendationsHave a detailed knowledge of menu itemsWork closely with management to create a pleasant dining experienceEnjoys providing great hospitalityQualifications:Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presencePositive attitude and friendly demeanor2+ years' Server experience preferredAttention to cleanliness and safetyOpen availability including nights and weekendsKnowledge of a second language is a plus
