In addition to pest control and termite services, we perform repair, restoration, and exterior improvement work for HOAs, multi-family communities, and residential properties . We take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and treating residents and teammates with respect. About the Role We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. This role focuses primarily on HOA communities , painting exterior decks, balconies, railings, walkways, and common areas . This is a great opportunity for a painter who values clean work, consistency, and working in an organized, professional environment. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, power washing, masking, and priming Apply paint to decks, balconies, railings, walkways, and exterior surfaces Work safely on ladders, elevated surfaces, and shared-access areas Maintain clean, organized job sites in occupied HOA communities Follow project plans, safety procedures, and quality standards Communicate clearly with supervisors and crew members Represent Pest Patrol professionally when interacting with residents and property managers Requirements At least 1 year of professional painting experience Exterior painting experience strongly preferred Ability to work on ladders and elevated structures Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude and respectful communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work with tools for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions What We Offer Steady, full-time work Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, team-oriented company culture Opportunities for growth within Pest Patrol Well-organized HOA projects with clear scopes and schedules 2 Weeks Paid Time Off per year 6 Paid holidays per year How to Apply Submit your resume or a brief summary of your painting experience.
