The Successful Applicant A successful Estimator/PM should have:
- Strong knowledge of the property and construction industry, including cost estimation and project management practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A proven ability to identify and resolve project challenges efficiently.
