Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Active and unrestricted state license (eligible or current in SC)
• Recent experience delivering respiratory care in a hospital or acute care setting
• Proficient with a range of respiratory modalities, including mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and airway management
• Excellent communication, critical-thinking, and teamwork abilities
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and provide specialized respiratory care for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop individualized treatment plans
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, delivering high-quality support
• Educate patients and families on equipment use and disease management
• Document interventions and patient responses accurately
