Market Manager

Overview Market Manager for the Plymouth team. Leads and supports a staff of Recruiting Specialists and Recruiting Managers responsible for service excellence to clients, recruiting and retaining the right-fit employees for client-specific needs. Develops new business opportunities, sells workforce solutions, and builds long-lasting partnerships with clients. Responsibilities Provide mentorship, management direction, coaching, and support to branch employees. Perform Recruiting Manager duties (interviewing and placements) alongside staff. Manage the branch's financial operations and profitability, including budgets, billable hours, fill-rates, and achievement of targets. Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring activity, adjusting plans or services as needed, making regular in-person visits, and identifying opportunities to grow business. Enhance the company image in the external community by developing and maintaining relationships with local organizations and community leaders. Qualifications 2-4 years of similar experience in staffing, sales, and managing teams. Strong ethics, thoroughness, detail-oriented work style, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management, and customer-service orientation.
