Sales Management Trainee

Sales Management Trainee

Milwaukee, WI | Full-Time | Entry Level

Build your career — not just your resume.

BOL Partners is expanding in Milwaukee, and we're looking for ambitious, people-oriented individuals who want to develop real-world experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and leadership.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a leadership role.

What you'll do as a Sales Management Trainee:

• Represent nationally recognized brands through in-person customer engagement
• Learn how to acquire new customers and build lasting relationships
• Participate in sales, marketing, and customer acquisition campaigns
• Communicate product and service information directly to customers
• Work alongside experienced team members and receive hands-on coaching
• Develop communication, presentation, sales, and leadership skills
• Take on additional responsibility as you demonstrate your ability to lead
• Help contribute to the growth of our Milwaukee market

What we're looking for

We're interested in people who are:

• Competitive and goal-oriented
• Comfortable talking with new people
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Positive, energetic, and professional
• Motivated by personal and professional growth
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Interested in developing leadership skills

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, retail, events, or marketing is helpful — but not required.

Why BOL Partners?

At BOL, we believe entry-level should mean the beginning of your career, not the ceiling.

You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to take on more responsibility as you grow.

If you're looking for an opportunity where your effort, communication skills, and ambition can directly influence your career progression, we'd like to meet you.

Apply today to join BOL Partners' Milwaukee team.

BOL Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
