Purpose & Objective: The Service Advisor role is crucial to our business success. The primary responsibility is to professionally present customers with recommended services and repairs based on their needs, goals, and desires. This role also supports administrative and customer service functions of the business. At Aero Auto Repair, this is a career, not just "a job". Primary Responsibilities: Sales: Effectively present repairs and services to customers, aligning with their needs and goals, following company guidelines and best practices. We are a busy, family-owned shop with four locations in the San Diego County Area. We are passionate about customer service and helping the community with quality auto repairs. During your employment, you'll attend a 6-month training course to become the best at your job, learning how to handle objections, increase sales, and deliver excellent customer service.
