Maintenance Technician - Senior Living

As a Senior Living Maintenance Assistant, you help keep our community comfortable, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests. This is a great role to launch your career through hands-on experience and learning from a supportive team.

A Typical Day

You'll start your morning by checking in with your team to review the day's priorities and any resident requests that came in overnight. From there, you'll move through the community, switching between quick fixes and longer projects, while staying flexible when something unexpected pops up. You'll spend time in resident apartments and shared spaces, keeping communication clear and respectful so people feel informed and comfortable. Throughout the day, you'll document what was completed, restock basic supplies, and coordinate next steps with teammates so the afternoon stays on track. You'll wrap up by making sure the building is in good shape for the evening and setting up a smooth start for tomorrow. Key responsibilities include:

• Help with everyday repairs and upkeep (e.g., mounting TVs, patching wall holes, unclogging sinks/toilets)
• Support cleaning tasks like carpet care and keep common areas looking their best
• Assist with basic grounds and landscaping needs
• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm
