Client, located in Grayslake, IL, specializes in a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential building types. We're seeking a senior architectural project manager capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, while supervising interns & consultant engineers.

simultaneously, while supervising interns & consultant engineers.
The applicant will have the opportunity to lead all phases of the architectural design process,
from schematic design through construction coordination. Experience with coordinating with &
managing clients is essential. Preparing construction drawings will also be a critical part of the
Job description.
We are offering a position that has the potential to lead to a business partnership. Client has an ever-growing list of repeat commercial, industrial, and restaurant clients; and the company has remained exceedingly profitable throughout the years. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented architect to become a part-owner of a successful architecture firm.
This is primarily a full-time in-office position. Although, a hybrid arrangement may be considered.
Salary will be dependent on the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited school
• Minimum of 10 years of architecture office experience
• Proficient and highly skilled in AutoCAD
• Capable of maintaining a high level of quality, detail, and accuracy
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Must have extensive experience with building codes & zoning ordinances
