The Alabama Theatre is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Spotlight / Stage Technician to join our technical team. Job Responsibilities: Operate spotlight for live performances, concerts, and events Assist with stage setups and breakdowns, including props, scenery, and rigging Perform basic stage maintenance Work closely with the stage manager and technical director during performances Follow cures accurately and maintain professional conduct during live shows Ensure safety and efficiency in all backstage areas Qualifications: Prior experience in live theatre, stage crew, or spotlight operation preferred Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
