Registered Nurse - Acute Care Schedule This position is a full-time role with an 8-hour day shift, totaling 37.5 hours per week. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our acute care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the healthcare team. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their stay. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EPIC charting system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
