Revenue Operations Analyst (258191) Minneapolis, Minnesota Salary: USD20 - USD25 per year + Weekly pay, direct deposit Title - Revenue Operations Analyst Pay - $20 to $25 an hour based on previous experience, weekly pay, direct deposit Hours - Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm *Onsite opportunity however they are open to offer hybrid remote flexibility on a case by case basis and if you are meeting your performance goals* Office is located in Minneapolis MN 55413 Responsibilities: Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposals Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on quoting data Collect all necessary materials for review during the quoting and renewal process Ensure all necessary materials required during the quoting and renewal process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders Assist with sales research and requests Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented. Required Skills: Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientation A resourceful, driven and resilient attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Strong internal customer-service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills: Previous experience quoting or underwriting at a health insurnace carrier or agency
