You will provide care to patients on various units, including Medical Surgical. The nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 1:6. The work schedule is Thursday through Sunday on a blocked schedule. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities. A commitment to patient care and safety is essential. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Flexibility is required as there may be changes in assignments during shifts. The ability to float to other areas as needed is also important. This position entails caring for a diverse patient population with various diagnoses. All nurses are expected to uphold professional standards and demonstrate compassion in patient interactions.
