Virtual Sales Specialist - Raleigh, N.C.

Baxter seeks a Virtual Sales Specialist in Raleigh to drive revenue through digital selling techniques, prospecting, and customer relationship management. The role focuses on understanding healthcare provider needs and demonstrating value of Baxter's critical care solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue within assigned territory using digital selling and CRM functionality
- Conduct extensive prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity identification
- Understand customer business issues and demonstrate Baxter solution benefits
- Collaborate with account executives, clinical consultants, and cross-functional partners on end-to-end customer solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years inside sales experience preferred
- Proven B2B sales track record and ability to meet customer and corporate objectives
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- CRM tools and MS Office proficiency
- Highly motivated with ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually, plus Sales Incentive Plan eligibility
