Construction Laborer – Demolition & Site Cleanup

We're looking for motivated individuals to assist with demolition and cleanup on commercial construction projects, with a heavy emphasis on school renovations during the summer season.

What You'll Be Doing

• Tear down and remove building components, including walls, ceilings, flooring, windows, doors, and mechanical systems
• Clear out and haul debris to designated disposal areas or dumpsters
• Operate basic equipment such as hand tools, shovels, and sweeping tools to break apart materials and maintain organized worksites
• Commute between various project locations using dependable transportation
• Handle physically intensive work in outdoor and high-heat environments while staying on your feet for extended periods
• Follow all job site safety protocols and supervisor instructions

What You Bring

• Capability to frequently lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more
• Experience in construction, demolition, or other labor-intensive work preferred
• Willingness to work in physically demanding and warm conditions
• Steel toe boots and consistent, reliable transportation required

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Clarkston, MI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
